ABOUT JOURNALING*

One of the best ways to promote learning and development is to cultivate a habit of reflection. If you are using one of our assessments, it is likely that you are interested in developing yourself by working on your mindulness, your thinking and problem-solving skills, or on your understanding of yourself and others.

One valuable reflective practice is journaling. It's so valuable that Dr. Solloway has sponsored the addition of this free journaling area to the DTS web site. On the journaling pages you can document your learning activities, reflect upon progress, and analyze successes and failures. If you choose to allow an instructor, clinician, mentor, or consultant to view your entries, that individual will be able to make comments upon them, which you will be able to view at any time.

If you are an instructor, clinician, mentor, or consultant, you can, with the consent of your clients or students, follow and comment upon their entries.

The journaling pages are offered free of charge to all site registrants. Click here to make a journal entry.

*Journal entries are stored on a secure server. We share them with no one without your authorization. However, given that there is no 100% security solution, we recommend that, to protect yourself and others, you do not use the real name of any person, and that you never discuss private information of any kind.
